The Connecticut and Western Massachusetts chapter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities came to Trajectory with a cluttered website that made it difficult for families and donors to access their services. We worked with them to create an easy-to-use, welcoming website for their recognized and well-known charity.
RMHC-CTMA’s new website needed to showcase what made its chapter special, but the nonprofit’s website also needed to represent the Ronald McDonald House Charities—a global brand with rigorous visual and written style requirements. We worked within those brand guidelines to build a site that felt unique to RMHC-CTMA and native to the global brand they represent.
RMHC-CTMA’s services go beyond providing housing for children in need of care. Deeply connected to their surrounding communities, we designed ‘Our Community’ and ‘News and Stories’ pages so the chapter could showcase their volunteer’s work and resident families.
RMHC-CTMA’s old website was cluttered and confusing, overburdened with redundant web pages. We streamlined their website so users could easily navigate through all of the charity's services, from housing for families in need to community programs.
RMHC-CTMA wanted their new website to better aid fundraising and donation efforts, so we honed their site to encourage giving and built their website on Craft, a secure CMS optimized for easy and worry-free transactions.
